Shipping:
Orders are shipped via USPS at a flat rate. If you would like to ensure faster delivery of your package, please contact us at bookstore@bcahq.org before placing an order as an additional priority fee may apply.
As a small business with limited staff and hours, please understand that orders are shipped out a couple of times during the week when there is mail access to the Jodo Shinshu Center.
International Orders:
Please note the flat shipping rate does not apply for international orders. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class (or most closely available) and shipping charges are based on USPS rates according to size and weight of package. Orders are charged online via PayPal. We do our best to ensure your package reaches you in a timely manner, but cannot take responsibility for any delays that may occur in the shipping process or at customs as that processing is beyond our control.
We are, unfortunately, unable to take orders from the European Union or United Kingdom at this time due to certain tax regulations. For other international orders and/or inquiries please contact bookstore@bcahq.org.
Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. If you would like to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible to make return arrangements.

The BCA Bookstore Online respect the privacy rights of our online visitors and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected about you.
The BCA Bookstore Online website does not store or retain any credit card information. The BCA Bookstore Online uses a third-party provider (Paypal) whose mission is to protect consumers' online privacy and make the Internet a secure, reliable, and private place to share information and conduct business.
The only information stored on our e-commerce web site is your name, address, and email information. We do not share or distribute any of our customer's information. Finally, we may use your personal information for our internal marketing and demographic studies, so we can consistently improve our sites to better meet our visitors' needs. We may use the information to send emails about upcoming specials and promotions.
